Refund & Replacement Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which NeXera Bio LLC may review claims for store credit or product replacement. Due to the sensitive nature of professionally distributed peptide products, strict handling requirements, and regulatory considerations, all claims are reviewed under controlled compliance standards.
NeXera Bio LLC (“NeXera Bio,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) supplies professionally distributed peptide products exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals and authorized medical entities. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, strict handling requirements, and regulatory considerations, this Refund & Replacement Policy is designed to protect product integrity and operational compliance.
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final once products leave NeXera Bio’s control.
NeXera Bio does not issue cash refunds. Under no circumstances are refunds issued to the original payment method.
Approved claims, if any, are resolved solely through:
- Store credit
- Product replacement
2. Eligible Circumstances for Review
Refunds, credits, or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Shipping damage or visibly compromised packaging at delivery
- Incorrect product fulfillment, including wrong item, strength, or quantity
- Documented product quality concerns verified by NeXera Bio
All determinations are made at NeXera Bio’s sole discretion.
3. Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, claims must meet all of the following requirements:
- Reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
- Submitted to support@nexerabio.com
- Include the order number
- Include a clear description of the issue
- Include required documentation, as outlined in Section 4
Claims submitted after forty-eight (48) hours will not be reviewed.
4. Required Documentation
NeXera Bio may require one or more of the following to evaluate a claim:
- Photographs of outer shipping packaging
- Photographs of the vial(s) and label(s)
- Lot or batch number
- Shipping box and temperature indicator, if applicable
- Reconstitution details, including diluent type and volume used
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
5. Reconstituted Product Claims
Claims involving products that have been reconstituted will be considered only if:
- An appropriate and standard diluent was used
- Proper sterile technique was followed
- Supporting evidence is provided
Issues resulting from improper storage, incorrect diluent selection, incorrect technique, contamination, or handling errors are not the responsibility of NeXera Bio.
NeXera Bio retains sole discretion to determine whether a claim is valid or constitutes improper use or a false request.
6. Non-Eligible Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements:
- Improper storage or handling by the customer
- Carrier delays beyond NeXera Bio’s control
- Temperature excursions occurring after transfer to the carrier
- Opened, tampered, or improperly handled products
- Ordering errors not reported prior to shipment
- Change of mind or lack of clinical use
7. Shipping and Carrier Liability
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Carrier delays are non-refundable.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Lost or delayed packages must be addressed through the carrier claims process.
8. Product Quality Statement
NeXera Bio products are professionally supplied peptide products manufactured in U.S.-based facilities operating under applicable GMP standards.
References to GMP compliance do not imply FDA approval or evaluation of the products.
9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
NeXera Bio reserves the right to:
- Deny claims involving suspected abuse or misuse
- Limit or revoke refund eligibility
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or fraudulent claims
Fraudulent refund requests may result in permanent account termination.
10. Resolution Timeline
Approved claims are typically resolved within five (5) to seven (7) business days after verification.
Resolutions will be issued as store credit or product replacement only.
