Due to the sensitive nature of these products, strict handling requirements, and regulatory considerations, this Refund & Replacement Policy is designed to protect product integrity and operational compliance.
All sales are final once products leave NeXera Bio's control.
NeXera Bio does not issue cash refunds. Under no circumstances are refunds issued to the original payment method.

NeXera Bio retains sole discretion to determine whether a claim is valid or constitutes improper use or a false request.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements:
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Carrier delays are non-refundable.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Lost or delayed packages must be addressed through the carrier claims process.
NeXera Bio products are professionally supplied peptide products manufactured in U.S.-based facilities operating under applicable GMP standards. References to GMP compliance do not imply FDA approval or evaluation of the products.
NeXera Bio reserves the right to:

Approved claims are typically resolved within five (5) to seven (7) business days after verification.
Resolutions will be issued as store credit or product replacement only.
